'scrollBy()' Syntax, Parameters and Note

Note: Scrolls the window by the specified values.      Syntax:      window.scrollBy(param1, param2) Parameters:     param1   Required; the horizontal scroll amount in pixels.     param2   Required; the vertical scroll amount in pixels.
