  • Has a proven track record of running a successful business - preferably in the retail or restaurant industries
  • Is highly committed to providing great customer service
  • Is a resident in the country/territory of interest and has a strong understanding of the local culture
  • Has the financial resources to fund a multi-unit store development plan
