How long have you been coding for?
Since I was about 9 I guess you could say, I got my hands on a book about BASIC and I started writing programs on paper, then when I was 13 I got into python, html, css, c++ etc...
What is your favorite coding language and why?
I would have to say PHP because it is the main language that I excel in, also it can be used for web or application programming.
What is your favorite IDE?
I would have to say Waterproof's PHPEdit, because I got it for free on a Personal Liscence.
What do you enjoy most about coding?
Being able to create something from scratch with just a few words.
How did you learn to code?
On my own along with the help of a few online tutorials and a few books.
How many hours a week on average do you spend coding?
I use to spend 40+ but now I only spend a few hours a week.
Have you ever done freelance (paid work) for someone, if so please explain?
Yes I use to make a small income by doing it as well as own a site that sold turn-key sites where I also had to install and set up hosting for clients.
What motivates you to keep coding?
Not really sure, I guess just boredom and stubborness. |
