C++ And Me (A Love Story)
Programming
|
Recently I have really got into C++.
I used to think being able to create batch files was the way forward. Don't get me wrong, knowing how to create batch files is great before stepping up to C++ but now I know where my heart is!
I could of never created anything as complex as the code I will show now.
This is a combination of 3 separate sources codes I have posted, to make one big fantastic program!
It is simply called...Ed George's Math Room Program...ADVANCE!

For part of my Computer Science course I had to produce a fractal made famous by the french mathematician Mendalbrot. Here it is in C.

I meant in other projects...

I've done such things as you suggested me to make in the calculator, but I might actually make that in the calculator, and add features like sin, cos, random, squareroots, exponents etc...

Haha, try PHP... and "simpleXML" (built in to PHP). Much easier than messing with JavaScript - least in PHP it works on all browsers lol.

Haha, the reason i'm not impressed with coder profile yet... is because i have the advantage of the vision of what this site will be like in a years time. Compared to that vision, this site does not yet shine in my eyes lol. Though i do see it getting better with each update.
Though everyone using it, sees only what is online at the moment.
Why have you suddenly got interested in JavaScript anyway?
Kind regards,
Scott

Hey up mate,
Yeah it has been a while. Visual Studio is great. I purchased VS.PHP yesterday. It's a brilliant PHP editor that bolts on the VS2008/VS2005 and then it uses the VS intellisense etc to work with PHP files ;-) I'd be lost without it because it helps me navigate the 10,000's of lines of Coder Profile code.
Also, i'm working on a re-write of the BBCode system right now (including a new rich text editor, ability to nest tags, and have tag parameters). Once it's done... there is a whole load of new updates waiting to be uploaded :-)
Nice to see you haven't forgotten about us :-) how did you remember this site after so long?
Kind regards,
Scott

Glad you like the new changes. Many more yet to come ;-)
Kind regards,
Scott
