How do you do it all in 4 months

The fresh air cooling system
The most energy efficient cooling mode
Uses outside air so only requires running main fans
As the external temperature falls the outside air is mixed with a % of the return air from the room to maintain the required room conditions
When humidity levels drop below design conditions the CTF automatically switches to indirect glycol fresh air cooling mode
Outside air passes over a glycol coil. The water is then pumped to a similar coil in the room return air path thus allowing the room air to be cooled and re-circulated without the need for humidification
When external conditions do not allow either direct or indirect fresh air cooling the CTF automatically switches to DX mode
The system then runs the variable speed compressors and fans to match the cooling requirement thus minimising energy usage
