Wrapper around GraphicsMagick

PythonMagick is a boost.python (requires Python 2.2) based wrapper around GraphicsMagick(http://www.graphicsmagick.org). It wraps the C++ API of GraphicsMagick, which is much more pythonic that the original C API.
