  • VoIP Access

    Colt VoIP Access is a PSTN connectivity service designed for customers who have an IP PBX within their organisation. The product connects the customer’s IP PBX to the Public Telephone Network (PSTN) via an end-to-end IP network. Colt VoIP Access is an IP-based alternative to traditional TDM Primary Rate Interface (PRI) or Basic Rate Interface (BRI) services (like Colt Voice Line).

     

  • Voice Line

    Colt Voice Line is a telephony service providing outbound and inbound telephony services to the customer's PBX via a dedicated line. The line can either be a Colt direct fibre connection or a fully managed tail from a premium local operator to connect the site to the nearest Colt Point of Presence (PoP).

     

  • Voice Connect

    Colt Voice Connect enables you to benefit from competitive call charges and features provided by the Colt network. It’s ideal if you want the benefits of service from Colt without the inconvenience of moving lines or changing numbers, or if your site is too far from our network for a direct connection. It is available in 13 European countries.

     

  • Conferencing

    Colt Conferencing is a secure web and audio conferencing service that enables customers to host virtual meetings in a fully interactive online meeting room. Subscribers and participants can meet and collaborate via a single interface using a web browser and a fixed or mobile phone.

     

  • Corporate Voice

    Colt Corporate Voice is an integrated voice telephony service that provides the convenience of a single pan-European service across all sites, covered by one contract and a single pricing proposal. Corporate Voice enables users to reap the economies of scale that come from amalgamating all voice services into one comprehensive package.

     

  • IP Voice Solutions

    Using Colt IP Voice Solutions with all applications, your contact centre is built on a scalable and manageable unified communications (UC) infrastructure. This can be hosted on your premises, or in one of Colt's high-performance data centres. Colt offers a range of Avaya contact centre solutions to meet sales and service needs with capabilities that are designed to help agents handle calls more effectively and boost the overall productivity of the contact centre.

     

  • Voice Line Disaster Recovery

    Colt Disaster Recovery enables customers to protect their enterprise from the threat of disruption in the event of a natural or man-made disaster at their site by ensuring that incoming voice calls can be seamlessly and transparently rerouted to an alternative set of phone numbers at no extra cost to callers.

     

  • Reseller Connect

    Colt Reseller Connect enables you to provide telecoms service to your end customers without having your own switching and network infrastructure.
    Colt Reseller Connect enables the transport and termination of calls made by your end customers to national, international and mobile destinations via the Colt network. The service also supports fax and modem communications, and ISDN 64Kbps data connections to most destinations in the world.

     

  • Carrier Voice

    Colt operates a fully owned & managed pan-European Voice switching network, with public switches throughout Europe.

     

  • Carrier VoIP

    Colt Carrier VoIP is a carrier grade VoIP product on the IMS network which enables call termination via the public Internet. Carrier VoIP supports bi-directional transparent CLI transmission.

     

  • Voice Freedom

    Voice Freedom is a new billing option that proposes packs of minutes provided at a discounted rate. A pack is comprised of a pre-determined number of minutes,  at a fixed price per month, for a pre-defined geographic location and a contractually agreed duration.

     

  • Colt Audio and WebEx

    Colt offers a secure hosted audio conferencing platform, seamlessly integrated with WebEx for full audio, web and video collaboration service

     

  • Dedicated Lync and Exchange

    Colt Dedicated Lync and Colt Dedicated Exchange provide customers with fully managed hosted telephony, messaging and collaboration capabilities.
