Call Analyser is our easy-to-use integrated management reporting and analysis tool that works across all your sites, while we take care of your on-going support needs by giving you access to local helpdesks and by monitoring our services all day, every day.

And with Colt’s uniform pan-European SLA in place, you’re sure to enjoy superior service delivery at all times as well as the simplified administration and management of your outbound calls. Colt Voice Connect also allows you to choose the type of access that best suits your organisation. Whether that means carrier pre-selection (CPS) or carrier selection (call-by-call), all of your calls are carried and terminated at the highest possible quality.

If you’re in the UK and have BT lines, you can arrange for Colt to manage your existing lines as well as your calls, further simplifying your call administration. For the rest of Europe, Colt Voice Connect is a calls-only service.

As a default, Colt provides Voice Connect via Carrier Pre-Selection (CPS), since this is the most reliable access method available. Implemented quickly and easily, Colt Voice Connect leaves the local physical infrastructure untouched - your local (PTT) exchange is simply programmed to route your calls via Colt, using our fibre network spanning 22 European countries. This ensures that none of your connections are interrupted or lost during the (short) transition, and delivers the added benefit of carrying your calls via a network providing an annual service availability of 99.95%.

Virtually all types of lines are compatible with CPS and we can usually organise the change-over with a simple order. If you have Least Cost Routing installed, this must be either re-programmed (call-by-call) or removed before the Voice Connect (CPS) service is activated. With Colt Voice Connect in place, you can make calls to local, national, international and non-geographic numbers, as well as mobiles.

Colt Voice Connect not only provides a consistently high level of service across Europe, including 24/7 monitoring and support, but also offers you flexible reporting options. You can choose to receive information on the time, duration, destination and cost of every call from every site, as well as summaries of the total number of calls and minutes per destination. 

In certain countries, some calls may not be routed via the Colt network, and some variations may exist in CPS provision.

You can also benefit from Colt Voice Connect via carrier selection (call-by-call), using a simple country-specific access number for selective use or for programming an LCR application or PBX.
