Well, I guess once you go too big, you go the way of the Microsoft :/

For quite a while now, visiting a link such as:

... greets you with a page like this, should you not wish to allow JavaScript access to google.com and related domains:

google groups

As soon as I see this, I want to spew tons of vitriol over Google - but in the end, I remember the mantra: that, as a private enterprise, they are under absolutely no obligation to provide services to individuals in their preferred manner (say, in the same way those services allowed for in the past); and they have the absolute right to redirect their capital into development accordingly. Should I disagree, I am at liberty to stop using any of Google's offered services.

However, being used to something over years, makes it a bit difficult to stop - so often, I try to cheat by calling up the Google cache link - the above then could be rendered (without JavaScript) as:

google groups from google cache

... but then, not all links have a cache (and the cache doesn't last forever, either).

While I'm pretty sure the answer will be negative, I guess it doesn't hurt asking anyways - is there a way to read (at least mailing list archives) on Google Groups, without allowing JavaScript from Google's domains?
