Shoot me!, a tool that finds image-less wikipedia articles near a location. Auto-geolocation on many mobile devices.

Flickr-to-Commons transfer for individual images and entire photostreams.

Commons Commander, a file management tool for Commons (also works on other projects, kinda...)

Wiki2playlist creates M3U playlists from wiki pages listing OGG files on the fly.

Geograph.org2Commons uploads CC images from geograph.org.uk to Commons.

AllNoInformation shows all image pages from a language/project that have no {{Information}} template.

Image pages without image lists all file description pages that don't have an image (local project or Commons).

Files in category lists all files in a category as HTML, XML, or plain text, with no, wiki-text, or HTML description.

Tab2Wiki converts tab-delimitered tables into wiki tables.

MergeLists, a tool to merge two (sorted) lists on wiki pages together.

HTML2Wiki, a mirror of a script by Borislav Manolov. Converts HTML (mainly tables) into MediaWiki markup.

FilterDone takes a page on a wikimedia project that contains a list of articles, and generates the wiki text minus the links to existing articles.

PrepBio can be used to prepare a biographical entry on en.wikipedia (templates, categories, formatting etc.).

Other tools

Missing links suggests new links from full-text analysis.

CatNap shows articles in a category grouped by "co-categories".

Wiki ToDo choses a random article on en.wikipedia and suggests things to fix.

Redirector finds possible redirects to articles in a category by checking redirects in other languages.

MissingTopics finds redlinks in pages in a category (and subcategories) and sorts them in order of occurrence.
