I am looking for an enterprise level Asp.Net web forms application. I read many books on architecture and they all suggest different way of doing thing. I was wondering what is Microsoft suggestion for implementing such an application.

Timezones are normally set by the server. if you are wanting to do it through software then you must get the timezone the user wishes to use and set the difference to UCT
