2012 sql reporting collation

hey all,
I just installed my new 2012 sql box with native reporting services. the server and analysis coalltion is set to SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS but I had no option to change the reporting collation and it seems default of Latin1_General_CI_AS_KS_WS was used. How can this be changed and where? The server is clean with no data other than system dbs and due to SCOM 2012 I need this changed before proceeding.
please help....
