User:GhiathArodaki is using the file on another wiki, so he asked for it to be kept. I didn't find any clear consensus to delete it though, so I kept it. Perhaps you ought to consider creating a separate, individual DR for the file -FASTILY 01:43, 3 June 2013 (UTC)

Hi Fastily; I noticed that you deleted File:ABDe 4 4 16 Camedo 070209.jpg, referring to Commons:Deletion requests/Files uploaded by Sanandros. As this file was not part of the deletion request (only mentioned in the discussion), I wonder whether this might have been a deletion by mistake? It's a case quite different from the files uploaded by Sanandros: Own work by the uploader who chose to use {{PD-Switzerland-photo}} as license tag. As Stefan4 and me mentioned in the discussion, this might not be a good tag for "licensing" your own work (by declaring it ineligible for copyright), but there are also other files that use {{PD-Switzerland-photo}} or {{PD-ineligible}} despite being own work by the uploader... if you think this is an approach that's unsuitable and these files should be deleted, I think there should be a regular deletion discussion.
