i am trying to convert open office XML to HTML with track changes functionality enabled and fully compatible with Microsoft Word.

I have to convert DOCX to HTML and made changes with track changes in HTML by using HTML Editor. after that changes i also need to convert HTML to DOCX again with out using Microsoft Office interop.dll

try one of following third parties for conversion.

http://www.e-iceblue.com/Introduce/word-for-net-introduce.html

http://www.aspose.com/categories/.net-components/aspose.words-for-.net/default.aspx

The resulted output HTML will be cleaned, hot in that format which are you showing in your question.

if you want cleaned HTML then you can use one of above third party. if you want open xml formated HTML, for this "THERE IS NO ANY OTHER WAY" to get this format but only "MS WORD" :)

here is the code if you want to use introp.dll

unfortunately not according to my understanding. You have to use MS word's library by name "Interop.dll" – Sohail Ahmad Oct 22 '12 at 11:01
