This policy applies to Krispy Kreme Australia Pty Limited (“Krispy Kreme”) in relation to its operations in Australia and explains how Krispy Kreme handles personal information and complies with the requirements of the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Krispy Kreme is committed to protecting the privacy of users of its web site located at www.krispykreme.com.au (the “Site”), and providing those users with as many services as possible. About IP Addresses
