Our delivery service is available in selected metropolitan areas during business hours Monday to Friday. Your order must be placed by 3pm AEST (Sydney, NSW time) the working day prior to the date that delivery or pick up is required. Our delivery services are carried by a third party operator and for this reason we have two delivery time options, choosing either by 11am or by 2pm. Delivery is not available weekends or on public holidays. However you can still select to pre-pay online and then collect on these days from your nearest nominated store.

Any orders attempted for delivery on a weekend or public holiday will automatically default to the next available delivery weekday. Krispy Kreme Australia does not take responsibility for late deliveries due to incidents outside of our control. i.e. traffic delays or accidents. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time however our carrier endeavours to deliver within business hours of the two delivery time options. This means that when selecting 11am, your product order can arrive anytime between 9am and 11am. Delivery locations must be attended on delivery. Should the location be unattended, the products may be left at the door step if deemed suitable by the carrier or alternatively the delivery may be returned at a later time during the day which may occur after your nominated delivery time. Should a returned delivery occur an additional delivery charge may apply. All order changes or cancellations must be made by 3pm the working day prior to the delivery date.

If you select pick up from your nearest nominated store, you can do so during the store’s operating hours which you can find on our website.

Krispy Kreme Free Assorted Dozen and Free Original Glazed Dozen vouchers may only be purchased separately to regular delivery or collection orders and are issued via registered post. Vouchers must be surrendered in store at time of purchase. Validity date is printed on each voucher. Copies are not accepted. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Limit of one voucher per customer per visit. Vouchers are not valid with any other offer or discount. Vouchers are not valid at any wholesale outlets. Krispy Kreme Australia accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged mail.
