How do I set up or edit email notifications?

You can setup or edit email notifications by following the steps below:   

    • Login to SlideShare
    • Go to the drop down menu on the top right of every page and select  Edit Profile
    • Click on Privacy Options in the menu on the left
    • Under the Email Preferences tab, adjust settings as desired

You can set the following email preferences for the following notifications:

    • When someone comments on your content       
    • When your content is posted to any group/event   
    • When someone adds your content as a favorite
    • When someone sends you a private message   
    • When someone posts on your wall       
    • When someone starts following you    
    • Someone invites you to join a group or event
    • You can also turn off all notification emails
