i have download symfony 2.3 code from another server and installed in my system having xampp windows xp OS .but it show the error while run the project in browser .i run the project in http:// and https:// not working , the error is 

"Apache/2.2.21 (Win32) mod_ssl/2.2.21 OpenSSL/1.0.0e PHP/5.3.8 mod_perl/2.0.4 Perl/v5.10.1"

but i create a new project in symfony 2.3 in my system its working .guide me to solve the problem ,
