- Describe your problem; tell us the precise sequence of actions that caused it.
- Describe any troubleshooting you've attempted.
- Include the exact text of any error messages or alerts you have received.
- If the problem involves printing, include the make and model of the printer, the type and version of the printer driver, and a description of the network connection (if any) to your printer.
