Microsoft SQL Server 2008R2 (RTM)

This release is dedicated to the samples that ship for Microsoft SQL Server 2008R2.

For many of these samples you will also need to download the AdventureWorks family of databases.

For the SQL Server 2012, Creating a Simple ETL Package sample, you need to download the AdventureWorksDW2012 database. The database is available for download at AdventureWorks for SQL Server 2012.

I agree with newbie. It is frustrating, time consuming to find direct answers. go to oracle website and learn few things about support and finding answers. Oracle/Sqlserver DBA

Really good for seeing a variety of examples of how different controls are used. However I would still like to see a sample for a billion row export.

Very confusing trying to get the right media for a given course - you're directed to a common page that requires you to decipher which item(s) you're needing/wanting. Why not link directly to a specific area?
