We’re excited to announce that Krispy Kreme have partnered with Pointpal to make this new loyalty program available to you as an App on your phone. No more bulging wallet full of loyalty cards, trying to find the right one. Your Krispy Kreme rewards will be with you on your phone, wherever you go.
And to celebrate we’re giving away 6 Original Glazed Doughnuts FREE with every 5 coffees that you buy at a participating Krispy Kreme store.

- Get the App: Download the free Pointpal App by clicking on the ‘GET THE APP’ button or SMS ‘Pointpal’ to 0419 250 504 from your iPhone. Android and Blackberry coming soon.
- Add the App: Press ‘add new’ and scan our QR code by holding your camera over the QR code here. You’ll also find this QR code in our stores.
- You’ll then see the Smart Rewards screen appear on your iPhone (that’s it on the phone screen on the left).
- Use the App: Each time you buy a coffee at a participating Krispy Kreme store, a Krispy Kreme team member will ‘stamp your card’ using another QR code. When you have 5 coffee stamps, we’ll give you a FREE 6 pack of Original Glazed Doughnuts.
