Time zones that are updated N. Central Asia Standard Time Moves Almaty, Kazakhstan from N. Central Asia Standard Time to Central Asia Standard Time. N. Central Asia Standard Time and Central Asia Standard Time are both (GMT+06:00), but Central Asia Standard Time does not use DST. Georgian Standard Time Changes this time zone from (GMT+03:00) to (GMT+4:00). This time zone does not use DST. North Asia East Standard Time Removes “Ulan Bator” from the display name of this time zone. Central Brazilian Standard Time Adjusts the DST start and end dates for the central Brazil time zone. E. South America Standard Time Adjusts the DST start and end dates for the east South America time zone. Israel Standard Time Adjusts the DST start and end dates for the Israel time zone. Egypt Standard Time Adjusts the DST start and end dates for the Egypt time zone. Ulan Bator Standard Time Introduces the new Ulaanbaatar Time Zone without DST.
