    It says my labtop isn`t campatabale for the 64 bit and I cant run netflix without it so will the 32 bit work for netflix?????

    yes x64 or x86 should work on your computer if you go to the Microsoft Silverlight website it will automatically detect what type of computer you have so it if your computer is x64 it will give you the download for that if you have an x86 computer it will give you the download for that
