When you visit a Web site, the Privacy icon is displayed in the Microsoft Internet Explorer status bar even though your privacy settings are set to allow cookies from this Web site and all cookies are already set or read.
CAUSE
This behavior may occur if the Web site content is retrieved from the Temporary Internet Files folder and it has a history of privacy violations. This behavior may occur under the following conditions:
WORKAROUND
To work around this behavior, press F5 to refresh the Web page, or delete the contents of your Temporary Internet Files folder. To delete the contents of your Temporary Internet Files folder:

The Privacy icon appears in the status bar each time that a cookie is restricted based on your privacy settings or if a cached file is retrieved from the Temporary Internet Files folder that has a history of privacy violations.
