Moving Icons from Start-up Menu to Desktop
I have been unable to move the Internet Explorer icon from the start-up menu to my desktop. Does anyone know how to accomplish this? Thank you

ok, when i log onto my computer, xp starts and i see my desktop. the only thing i see is my background. no tool bar at the bottom or anything. no icons. no start menu. not even hitting the windows
