I'm trying to work with https://drupal.org/project/taxonomy_access and followed this guide http://www.drupalgardens.com/documentation/permissions/restrict/roles

However I don't have that tick Enable terms to manage content access in the edit vocabulary-dialoge.

The module itself is activated.. I triple-checked that.

All other ACL-modules are disabled.

What could be the cause? I'm using D7

I know it's kinda lame question, but are you sure you have cleared caches? And are you sure it's not a Drupal Gardens hack only? –  Mołot Aug 20 at 9:57
