To raise a new billing / account enquiry or technical fault, or to check on the progress of an existing enquiry, please contact your local support team.

To help us deal with your enquiry as efficiently and quickly as possible, when contacting your local support team please provide at least one of the following: 

• OCN (Customer number)
• BCN
• invoice number
• order number

Or, if you have an existing open ticket, please have the Ticket reference available.
