SqlFunctions.GetDate Method
Returns the current database system timestamp as a datetime value without the database time zone offset. This value is derived from the operating system of the computer on which the instance of SQL Server is running.

You cannot call this function directly. This function can only appear within a LINQ to Entities query.
This function is translated to a corresponding function in the database. For information about the corresponding SQL Server function, see GETDATE (Transact-SQL).
