I, m using my Dutch healthvault account for several years, until recently on my PC. I now started a paralel version for the iphone. After login on my mobile i am connected to an old healthvault US account. It doesn't sync with mij Dutch account, althought the same login. There are no medical dates in it. So I can't use Healthvault on my mobile. Why can't i get my own NL-account on the device?

I apologize for the delay in responding to your question. The best way to resolve this issue is to contact HealthVault Support (http://support.microsoft.com/ph/15242/) . Please tell them that you have already posted on the forum and to escalate the issue. They will need the email addresses that you use for both of your accounts.
