If you are having difficulties downloading WMS 2011 Eval from the download center, alternate mirror copies of WMS are kept on the MS Connect Site. To access, join the Connect WMS 2011 Public Beta program and then go to the Connect downloads area.

WMS 2011 Update Rollup 1.1 (UR1.1) Now Available on Download Center
An update rollup is a cumulative set of hotfixes, security patches, critical updates, and other updates that are packaged together for easier deployment.
Update Rollup 1.1 for Windows MultiPoint Server 2011 is a single package that includes some previously released and new updates for MultiPoint Server.
UR1.1 is available here on the Microsoft Download Center.
