'acceptCharset' Syntax and Note

Note:

Read and write property. 
Sets a comma- or space-separated character sets. 
Default value is UTF-8 character set.
    
Syntax:
    
document.getElementById("formID").acceptCharset = value 
document.all.formID.acceptCharset = value // IE only
