Love the new "editor's note" option! It works great for putting out something you want a lot of eye traffic hitting. Thanks for the quick and simple set up instructions.

ReplyDeleteHi James,
ReplyDeleteThat's creative. I like it! Good publishing!
I like the feature, but what is my incentive to spend more time on paper.li than I have to?
ReplyDeleteYou have told us that there would be ways of monetizing our papers, but I still have not seen any follow up to those plans.
Hi Adrian,
ReplyDeleteWe are working on a few different models and we're eager to roll them out as quickly as possible. Thanks for bearing with us and being patient.
Individual incentives vary by publisher -- we see Paper.li used in various ways:
-as a personal tool for keeping on top of Twitter and other favorite social media
-as a listening tool for marketers
-as an engagement tool to grow conversations and build influence around topics
So while there is not currently the opportunity to monitize, depending on how a publisher is using Paper.li there may be reasons to invest additional time, such a building influence or providing a service to readers.
