6 Fund Transactions by Connected Parties
Subject to the provisions of the product prospectus and the UCITS regulations, connected parties may contract or enter into any financial, banking or other transactions with respect to the Source UK Products. In addition, connected parties may invest in and deal in shares relating to any fund for their respective individual accounts, for the account of someone else or for the purposes of providing seed capital to the various sub-funds. These holdings may, on occasion, constitute a large portion of a single sub-fund. From time to time, such holdings may even constitute the majority of the Net Asset Value of the relevant sub-fund. There is no requirement (express or implied) on connected parties to maintain positions in a sub-fund at any time.
