I ma using SharePoint 2013 my Query String URL Web Part is not showing its menu for customizing it it just show a box no menus. I tried to find the solution I could not found yet.

Go to site settings and then Site collection features.

Enable the feature "Site publishing features". This should solve your problems.

I faced the same problem but solved it

1- Open SharePoint Designer

2- Go to Site pages folder

3- Create a web part page

4- Add your Query String URL Web Part and it will work
