How do I setup / configure ELMAH on asphostportal.com ASP.NET hosting? I seem to get 404 errors when trying to access elmah.axd. I have followed all of the instructions here to modify my web.config and bin deploy the Elmah assembly.
I was using the BETA 2 binary download listed here: http://code.google.com/p/elmah/downloads/list
