Report users for clear cases of vandalism. Block requests for any other reason should be reported to the blocks and protections noticeboard.	Report disputes with users that require administrator assistance. Further steps are listed at resolve disputes.	Reports that do not suit the vandalism noticeboard may be reported here. Requests for page protection/unprotection could also be requested here.	Other reports that require administrator assistance which do not fit in any of the previous three noticeboards may be reported here. Requests for history merging or splitting should be filed here.

Moataz1997

Moataz1997 (talk · contributions · Move log · block log · uploads) block user received a "final" warning (now archived after I set that up) for uploading copyright violations in 2012, and has since continued to upload a rather substantial number of copyright violations (based on what I've seen: mostly non-free photos grabbed from the Internet with made-up licensing claims and in some cases claims of being the copyright holder of such content). The number of warnings on their talk page is now so large that the page has run into the template include size. Yet for some reason, not a single one of the admins that have dealt with the copyright violations actually applied any blocks. What gives? —LX (talk, contribs) 11:15, 3 April 2015 (UTC)

 Done I've blocked this user for 1 month. Hopefully that sends them the message that they're not going to get away with any more mass copyvio uploading. I'll keep the account watched. If they go back to uploading copyvios upon returning from this block, I'll likely have to indef them. INeverCry 23:00, 3 April 2015 (UTC)

GeorgeCalvin (talk · contribs) and Jgcanlas (talk · contribs)

I'm convinced that these two users are Duck-like sockpuppets of Labgown (talk · contribs) who's recently been discovered by checkuser as a sockpuppeteer. I've already tagged two of their images as copyvios, but I'm guessing the rest are as well. I've already blocked GeorgeCalvin at EnWiki as a suspected sock, but his commons files still remain.  Done All blocked along with User:DemanaWaits, who had 2 similar INC uploads, and User:GeorgeCalvin's uploads nuked. The uploads of User:Jgcanlas are older and some are widely used so they need to be looked at if there's copyvio issues with that acct too. INeverCry 23:51, 3 April 2015 (UTC)
