I have got a scenario where i need to maintain the value of a variable after page refreshes also which is not possible thr' a hidden control or a Viewstate
So can I know what should be the type of variable i should be using in this scenario.

You can, or cannot, use a hidden variable or a viewstate value?
If not, that leaves a Session variable, server-side, or a cookie, client-side.
