How to get a Free Trial?
During 10 days after you sign up for Crowdin, you can use the service without any restrictions. None of the plan limits apply and you get the opportunity to explore every facet of the application. At the end of this period, we'll get in touch with you and suggest a plan based on your current usage levels.
How can I get a discount?
In case of an annual subscription, you receive 2 months discount and pay for 10 months only.
Can I change my plan?
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you perform the upgrade or downgrade in the middle of the monthly billing cycle, your account will be instantly switched to the new plan, and starting the next month the charge will be taken for the chosen plan.
How do annual subscriptions work?
Annual payments are assessed as an account credit. As a number of your projects or strings amount change over time, you're only billed for the resources you manage with Crowdin. If you make an annual payment for Standard plan and downgrade to Micro, your credit will last longer than a year. Likewise, if you purchase Micro and upgrade to Standard over time, the credit may run out in less than a year.
It’s made to simplify the service usage during longer period of time. We never ask you to make additional payments along the way as your needs change. Once your annual payment credit goes below 2 months, we'll send you a reminder to renew.
What conditions should be followed to get Open Source or free Academic Licenses?
Unlimited number of projects, strings and collaborators. If you want to use Crowdin for an Open Source project, sign up for a free account, set up your project and send us a request. Apply for an Academic License if your project has educational purposes.
What is the money back guarantee?
If you cancel your account within 30 days from the signing up date, we will refund the amount you were charged on demand.
Are there any contracts?
There's no contract with our plans — you can cancel the subscription at any time with no questions.
Can i use an international Wire Transfer for payment?
You can use an international wire transfer only for purchasing an Annual Subscription.
