Many packages are required on the machine where the installation is performed. I suggest indicating to the user the versions of the operating system and version of the packages where an installation was successfully performed. example:

OS: "Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS"
Java OpenJDK: 1.8.0_232
Node: v8.10.0
Npm: 3.5.2
Bower: 1.8.8
Angular CLI: 1.6.8
Docker: 19.03.5
Mysql: mysql Ver 14.14 Distrib

In the requirements.txt is necessary to add azure-cli package, in my case, the one that I have now is azure-cli-2.0.62
