FFmpegPHP is a pure OO PHP port of ffmpeg-php library that was written in C. It adds an easy to use, object-oriented API for accessing and retrieving information from video and audio files. At the moment, Nephos uses two pass encoding from FFMPEG to convert a trasport stream (.ts) file into a .mp4 file. We use the following settings in the FFPMEG to obtain the desired results.
