Dialogue error
Capitals in the first two lines of dialogue with Tea seller (ID: 780) when attempting to steal the Display tea are incorrect in ORSC
To reproduce
- Attempt to take the Display tea (ID: 1285) found near coordinate (89, 517)
- Observe dialogue from Tea seller (ID: 780) in ORSC
- Compare with RSCplus replay attached above

The crystalmethlab npm package has support for the competition API on crystalmathlabs, therefore I'd suggest making commands to support these as well.
