    In 2014 responded to 152 incidents of suppression or punishment of Palestine advocacy, the majority on campuses. 2015? 239. 2018? 289. Between 2014-2018 a total of 1,247. You can say there won't be crackdowns, but PalLegal & have receipts

    Won’t this lead to government crackdowns on anti-Israel free speech? No, it won’t. There are only a few instances of Jewish students suing to punish anti-Israel speech (probably because Jewish lawyers are too smart to take those cases), and the courts have generally tossed them.

    Attorneys cited the definition in a federal complaint against a 2018 vigil organized by Jewish and Palestinian students at UC Berkeley to jointly mourn the deaths of Palestinian children killed in Gaza and Jewish people killed in the Pittsburgh massacre.
