Context: I am adding rucene to https://github.com/tantivy-search/search-benchmark-game.
It is a search benchmarking comparing Lucene, Tantivy, Bleve and now Rucene.
Indexing works but I have to periodically commit to avoid getting a panic.

I have read the online documentation available and I have consulted the forum but I still have many doubts.
In this moment in particular I would like to have some more information on the use of labels and facets that are not completely clear for me on how to apply them in searches.

I'm trying to use anserini for custom collection, and it's rather hard for me to figure out how to build pipeline from scratch.
For example, however there are a lot of scripts about how to reproduce some particular results, I couldn't find any information about format of document, which anserini takes as input to index custom collect

Was there a reason the branches for es-6.8 onwards were the only ones updated to parse the embedding field into floats instead of doubles?
I think we should either fix the plugin for all versions to interpret the field as float[], or clarify it in the readme. I have an easy enough patch to update the older version branches.

Examine is making things easier when you won't use lucene.net, and I think we shouldn't limit the usage of Examine to the solutions which are the only web-based. I think it could be great to use Examine in a console app or microservice :)
