I'm looking to create a docs site / component library using storybook. I have followed the instructions here: https://react-native-elements.github.io/react-native-elements/docs/web_usage.html
but when I compile the storybook, I'm getting the following error:
`Module parse failed: Unexpected token (61:11)
You may need an appropriate loader to handle this file type, currently no loaders ar
When using a dark theme, the menu bar stays white:
Instead the app should check the current theme and if it's a dark one, the menu bar should be made black (assuming Electron supports this).
I have gone through these following points
- Check latest documentation: https://docs.nativebase.io/
- Check for existing open/closed issues for a possible duplicate before creating a new issue: https://github.com/GeekyAnts/NativeBase/issues
- Use the latest NativeBase release: https://github.com/GeekyAnts/NativeBase/releases
- Check examples from NativeBase KitchenSink ht
Users using react: 16.9.0 and react-native: 0.61.5 should not be dragging the fonts folder into the project in xcode. They only need to update the PList.
Custom auth strategy
We are trying to migrate to v4. But now we are failing because we have no clue how to setup a custom auth (api-key) strategy. In v3 we registered our custom api-key strategy at passport like this:
this.passport.use('apikey', new Strategy(verifier));
// and
app.configure(apikey({ header: config.apiKey.header }));Is there any documentation how to setup a custom (api-key) authentic
I have issues to get Reactotron working in my jest react-native test environment.
Before running a test I simply do
jest.mock("reactotron-react-native");, but then I receive an error stating
TypeError: Cannot read property 'useReactNative' of undefined
.onMessage method?
I tried to issue the SharedEventEmitter.emit ('messaging_message_received') event but was unsuccessful.
Any workaround?
let devtools: any = window['devToolsExtension'] ? window['devToolsExtension']() : (f:any)=>f;
let middleware = applyMiddleware(thunk);
const store: any = middleware(devtools(createStore))(rootReducer, {});
This is to fix: Nozbe/WatermelonDB#186
Right now, deleting records is not very efficient in WatermelonDB.
Say you have models like this: Blog has_many Post has_many Comment. If you want to delete a blog post, you also have to delete all its posts, and all their comments. This happens one-by-one currently. What we need is the ability to efficiently (and atomically if

Update Mocking Guide
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
This is releated to this.
I believe documentation on the topic of mocking is outdated. I'm quite new to React Native and it took me a while until I figured that current version of metro does not support `r

when i npm install show the warning :
react-native@0.34.1 requires a peer of react@~15.3.1 but none was installed. how to fixed it? thanks!
I think it's a good idea to add a section to the main README.md that shows who is trusting us with their offline first needs.
I know that aws-appsync is using redux-offline under the hood, but there might be others out there!
Maybe create a badge too?
Description
This feature has been requested before and was actually merged, but there has been some regression, it seems, as the feature was then removed.

While reading docs/readme for this repo, I am analysing the repo for usability of boilerplate. To find meaning of a word, I just google it. But for this one, I need to go deep and I can lost my primary reason for searching for this word. You cannot say RTFM to people if manual doesn't use proper language. #19
I download the ZIP and run npm install but then I run expo start and I get:

How I solve this?

This component could benefit from a refactoring similar to EventsScreen, where every event type would be handled by a dedicated method.
Instead of the big switch/case in render(), we could have something like this:
render() {
const { repository, event } = this.props;
const handler = camelCase(`handle_${event.event}`); // lodash's camelCase
if (typeof this[handler] ==

Was looking through the change log and the new documentation but could not find any reference to the deprecated DataController.
Describe the solution you'd like
Would be great to get some documentation on the recommended way to migrate from using DataController to not using it.

I'm currently using KeyboardAwareScrollView with react-native-google-places-autocomplete and only when the auto-complete component is within KeyboardAwareScrollView, the drop-down suggested addresses from Google does not respond to presses. When the aut0-complete component is without KeyboardAwareScrollView, the component works as expected.
The expected behavior is that when the sugge
