Tip of the day HTTPS (HTTP with TLS) traffic leaks some information about what host the request is destined for - usually through an "SNI" header. You can use this to build a reverse proxy that lets the traffic pass through without being decrypted in the proxy.

Allow for space and delays, so that others can fill in and answer, or help themselves. Ask people to raise issues and to comment on existing ones to guide your triage process. If someone's winding you up, you don't *have to* help them. Set boundaries and take time off.

What's the playbook for handling sales tax on SaaS platforms? For the EU VAT MOSS seems workable. But for the US, in effect you may end up with economic nexus in all applicable states and filling/remitting to each of them. Not fun.
