Eg, I would like to have the second item highlighted on startup.

It would be nice to call fzf as in:

echo -e 'abc\ndef' | fzf --bind 'start:down'

For reference, this is the tool I'm develop

• I have searched through the existing issues

I could not find any documentation in regards to FZF_PREVIEW_FILE_CMD and FZF_PREVIEW_DIR_CMD.

My initial thought it would be the commands used automatically if I do fzf --preview. But seeing as this repo's main headline is "Ef-🐟-ient fish keybindings for fzf" I am guessing the two env vars do something else.

Please enlighten us :)

I'm very impressed with your startup times. It would be excellent to have some further description of how in the readme, if you'd so oblige
