AWS hosts with load balancer

How I configure hosts in my script when my hosts are behind load balancer ?

host('development')
->hostname('dns pointing at the balancer')

Okay, but my real hosts IP address change everytime, how I can get around this ?

Use aws-php sdk to get correct IP addresses.
