When importing from a large .bib file with multiple duplicates, papis zotero import shows a duplication warning for each file. It is very annoying to have to confirm each file, especially if you have a large database edited manually with lots of duplicates. Would it be possible to add flags --accept-duplicates and --reject-duplicates that would skip the interactive window and just accept/rej

The current documentation states for the "add-confirm" setting that: "If set to True, every time you run papis add the flag --confirm will be added automatically." This would seem to imply that the default value (False) prevents the confirmation message from showing up when you run "papis add [file]" from the command line. However, one must include the --batch flag in order to accomplish that (add
