Bug Report
User Story
As a developer, I want the new Reports functionality to have improved inline documentation so that I can better understand what each endpoint does, how it works, and how the frontend accepts data from the server.
Current Behavior
The reports endpoints lack clear inline documentation.
Expected Behavior
Reports endpoints and frontend components are well documented

Currently, I have logging working for a couple of Object Types - this needs to be refactored into a unified logging interface to support logs from other object types.

Seems like a good convention is that the only files in the root directory are files that are intended to be accessed from the outside. As better-wp-config.php is not intended to be accessed from the outside, wp-includes might be a better place for it.
