would be nice to have a feature to disable showing the public internet servers... keep them from populating. i run this as a lan voice chat as intended and some of the server name/descriptions are not appropriate for kids... Nothing against free speech and all but i prefer to have some means of not corrupting my kids to early.

For classes declared with struct, forward declarations should also use struct. Currently, only struct Message violates this in a few header files (2 or so?).

Our current TLS docs says:

"Compression is fully supported if you have a new enough OpenSSL version
(starting with 0.9.8). Although there are some problems with zlib

0.9.8 is no longer "new".

The documentation for the mod_csv_cdr says:

I wish to include the sip_gateway_name from the bleg in the aleg CDR.

For now when the user change the speaker output, we don't have any event for that.

We need also a method to tell CallKeep to change the speaker button when we change it in the application.
